1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Lifestile Roofing website (lifestileroofing.co.ke) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Pricing

• All product prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices are per piece unless otherwise stated.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of stone granules.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels.

3. Orders

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an expression of interest. All orders are subject to confirmation by our sales team, who will contact you to verify details, confirm pricing, and arrange payment before processing your order.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed during order processing. We accept bank transfers, M-Pesa, cheques, and can arrange credit facilities for qualifying orders. A deposit may be required to confirm your order. Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

• We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and stock availability.
• Orders above KES 550,000 qualify for free delivery.
• Delivery charges for orders below the free delivery threshold will be quoted separately.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and for providing labour to offload the materials.

6. Warranty

Lifestile roofing tiles come with a 50-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural disasters. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Tiles must be unused and in original condition. Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lifestile Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Lifestile Roofing and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
